We’re proud to offer our customers free pickup from our fulfilment location in Houston. This page outlines how it works and what you need to know about our pickup policy. If you’ve any questions, please reach out to us.

HOW DOES THE PICKUP OPTION WORK?

When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a notification email with a location map, pickup hours, and instructions for when you arrive. Our facility’s pickup location and hours are:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Sat, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Our team will ask for your order number and bring everything out to you. Please keep in mind that packaging items can be surprisingly large. Some smaller vehicles may have difficulty accommodating large box sizes and bulk packaging items. If you decide delivery is needed instead, please speak with our team for more details.

PICKUP ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION
Customer orders not picked up within 10 days of the pickup notification email’s send date will be automatically refunded and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
